What is special about Pattaya golf courses and clubhouses?
Golf in Thailand is still one of the worlds best kept secrets in terms of course quality, value, price and facilities. Most courses are championship standard and some big name designers such as Jack Nicklaus and Robert Trent Jones have designed golf courses here.

Which are the best courses to play?
All the courses Pattaya Golf use are Championship International Standard golf courses and our top ten would be:

1: Laem Chabang.
2: St. Andrews.
3: Khao Kheow.
4: Crystal Bay.
5: Siam CC.
6: Green Valley.
7: Phoenix.
8: Burapha.
9: Mountain Shadow.
10: Bangphra.

What is included in the golf package?
Included in your golf package is the 18 hole green fee, individual caddy, individual golf cart, all transfers to and from the course and reserved tee-time of your choice.

Can I hire golf equipment?
We recommend you bring you own golf clubs but if you don’t, all golf courses have golf clubs for hire for approx. 600 baht per day. Umbrellas and golf shoes can be rented for  200 baht per day.

Do I need my Handicap Certificate?
No Handicap Certificates are required on Pattaya’s golf courses as you will play under the Pattayagolf.com name but normal golf etiquette and good manners would be expected.

What are the best months/times to play golf in Pattaya?
There are 2 Seasons on Pattaya’s golf courses. High Season is from November to March and generally cooler than other times, but with more people playing. Low Season is from April to October with hotter temperatures and scattered showers a possibility, but the courses are quieter.

Tee-times can be booked at your request from 7.00am up to 1.30pm but remember if you are here to experience Pattaya’s vibrant nightlife it would be wise to book an afternoon tee-time.

What should I wear on the Golf Course?
Pattaya’s golf courses have the same dress code as any international golf course and you should wear suitable golfing attire including a collared golf shirt, tailored shorts or trousers, socks and soft spiked golf shoes. We also highly recommend a golf hat/cap to keep the sun at bay.

Can we walk the courses?
We at Pattaya Golf  recommend you take a golf-cart at each course as the heat here quickly saps your energy. You can still walk the fairways if you wish, while your caddy chauffeurs you as and when needed. Golf-carts are mandatory at Laem Chabang, Burapha, Siam Country Club and St. andrews.

What are Thai Golf Courses and facilities like?
Pattaya's best kept secret is undoubtedly the quality and value of its Golf Courses, we use only championship standard courses designed by the very best golf architects and designers. Clubhouse facilities are excellent with everything you might need and more including swimming pools, massage facilities, great restaurants and superb shower and locker rooms.

If you have any questions at all please ask, we will be more than happy to pass on our extensive knowledge that we have gained over the past 17 years.
